That means we don’t accept returns or offer refunds for these items if you change your mind order the wrong size or realise your nan might see the photos
We’ll still sort you out if something arrives damaged defective or not as described.
Please check the size guide carefully and triple check your order before confirming. Once it’s in the system we can't recall it. The printers are fast furious and allergic to second chances.

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All Bad Shirt Club orders are shipped via DHL Next Day Delivery. If you place your order before 2pm (Monday to Friday), and your delivery address is in England or Wales, it should arrive the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day, which may result in delivery taking an additional day.
For customers located in the Highlands of Scotland or Northern Ireland, delivery may take up to 3 working days due to regional courier timeframes.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number along with real-time delivery notifications from DHL. These include a one-hour delivery window, photo confirmation once the item is delivered, and the ability to track your parcel’s progress. DHL also offers flexible delivery options such as changing the delivery address, redirecting to a local ServicePoint, or leaving the parcel with a specified neighbour. You can even let them know which neighbours not to leave it with, no awkward post-delivery surprises here.
We work hard to ensure your shirt arrives promptly, and you’re always kept in the loop throughout its journey.
We get it — online orders don’t always work out perfectly. That’s why we’ve got a clear, customer-first returns policy. If your item doesn’t fit or just isn’t what you expected, you’re entitled to return it within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you then have another 14 days to send the item back. We can only accept returns on items that are unworn, in original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition.
Please note that return postage is the customer’s responsibility, and any free gifts must be returned too, otherwise, we’ll deduct the value from your refund. We recommend using tracked shipping for peace of mind.
